Private and Public fund raising PR
support program

We conducting an extensive PR campaign to assist the company with the private and later a public fund raising in London, preparing key messages/Q&As and developing the brand: logo; dataroom, web-site, newsletters, press releases, organising meetings with key press and analysts. We helped to make potential investors feel confident with the company and the management.

Pre-Marketing Campaign included:

· Building the company web-site in accordance with the corporate governance standards

· Building the password protected dataroom for potential investors

· Preparing design for the corporate literature

· Designing templates: newsletter/operational updates, press-release, fact sheet

· Press Kit

 

Key activities included:

· Preparing the Company’s Corporate Governance review and report

· Arranging interviews with journalists/meetings with analysts
